Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Edutechster, your satisfaction is our priority. We process and ship most orders within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

If you receive a defective product, please refer to our limited warranty for further assistance.

Return and Exchange Guidelines

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase (based on the receipt date). After this period, we cannot process returns or exchanges.
  • For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind:
    • Items must be unused, unopened, unmarked, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    • Products sold as a set or bundle must be returned as a complete set.
    • Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • For online orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Your rights under applicable consumer laws remain unaffected and are in addition to this policy.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in their original condition. Additional charges may apply if the product shows:

  • Signs of wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, or accidents.
  • Missing parts, accessories, or manuals.

Product Quality Issues

If your return or exchange is due to a product defect or quality issue, Edutechster will cover return shipping costs and waive any applicable restocking fees.

Returns for Personal Reasons

If you’re returning or exchanging an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The item’s condition and eligibility for return or exchange are determined solely by Edutechster.

  • Requests that do not meet the return conditions will not be authorized.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund, and Edutechster is not responsible for lost items.

Authorized Returns & Exchanges

Once your return or exchange is approved, Edutechster will provide a prepaid return label. Follow the instructions provided and ensure all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary gifts are included.

After we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email about your request status.

If Approved:

  • Exchanges will be processed promptly.
  • Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after a few days:

  • Allow additional time for processing.
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider for updates.
